Every year since 1995, the German Society for the Promotion of Underwater Archaeology or DEGUWA hosts an annual conference called In Poseidon’s Reich where scholars share the latest research in underwater archaeology. The 24th In Poseidon’s Reich took place April 10-14 in Bodrum, Turkey. The staff of INA’s Bodrum Research Center (BRC), led by BRC Director Tuba Ekmekçi, were privileged to host DEGUWA members and conference attendees for a tour of our facilities and an evening cocktail reception in the BRC’s garden. Take a look at some of the photos from the event!
