Beginning 31 October, team members in Portugal prepare dive gear, dive boat, and archaeological surveying equipment for transportation to project headquarters at Martinhal Beach Resort and Hotel, one of the sponsors of this project. Overlooking the survey area, the resort provides a perfect headquarters for team members with a project dive locker and nearby marina to place the dive boat in the bay.
